I'm Sabrina, born in 1992 in the Lilienfeld district. I went to school there and later completed my apprenticeship as an optician in Vienna – my absolute dream at the time. Precise vision and close observation fascinated me early on. After my apprenticeship, I worked in the ophthalmic-medical field, where I gained valuable experience.

My life has been marked by movement – I've moved 18 times so far. Each place, each stage showed me something and brought me a step closer to myself.

I lived my youth intensely – full of joy, depth, adventure, and also worries. This time was wild and instructive. And although it wasn't always easy, I wouldn't want to miss a single experience. They made me the person I am today.

In 2021, I married my absolute dream man. That year, our first daughter was also born, followed by our second in 2023 – and now, with deep gratitude, I carry the 3rd soul under my heart.

Even as a child, I sensed: There is more.

A deep sensitivity accompanied me throughout my life – but for a long time, I couldn't name it or live it.

In 2018, I reached a low point in my life. Nothing seemed to fit anymore. But precisely this moment was the beginning of my journey – back to myself, back to my essence. I began to delve into personal development, and step by step, the world of spirituality opened up to me.

As a Projector in Human Design (Profile 5/1), I want to understand everything down to its deepest essence. So I began to research, to feel, to heal. I was able to participate in numerous energetic training courses and went through many ceremonies that led me layer by layer closer to my truth.

In my first ceremony, I asked to see my own greatness. At the time, I didn't quite understand it; today I know why.

But one ceremony was particularly formative: I was allowed to feel the pain, anger, and oppression of my female ancestors – and at the same time their strength and greatness.

This ceremony brought me many answers.

I am a Cancer with Cancer ascendant and Moon in Aquarius – the pure water element.

I flow, I feel, I sense. In me, depth, intuition, compassion, and foresight unite. I carry the gentle, nurturing energy of water within me – and at the same time the free spirit of Aquarius, which breaks boundaries and brings healing into motion.

In the Chinese zodiac, I am a Water Monkey – playful, creative, alert, full of ideas and vitality. This combination of water and monkey makes me an intuitive, flowing, and at the same time mentally agile being. I dive deep into emotions and at the same time bring lightness into everything I do.

My soul remembers many lives – and precisely this knowledge, this depth, and this sensing flow into everything I do today.

From all these experiences, my calling has emerged:

I accompany women in remembering how wonderful, powerful, and wise they are.

I wish for women to recognize their true greatness, understand their cycles, and accept and love themselves in their entirety.

Today I get to hold space for women – in women's circles and gladly in individual sessions.

I work with various tools such as Yoni Steaming herbs, Yoni Eggs, Ayurveda, Human Design, energy work. But the most precious thing in my work is my intuition.

I see women – I feel them.

I listen to the quiet voice within me that guides me and shows me what each woman needs right now.

I want to show women that healing and reconnection to their femininity don't have to be difficult or complicated – but can happen naturally, flowing, and full of joy.

Because it is possible for every woman to access her primal power.

And life feels so much lighter when we no longer swim against our own current, but finally flow with it again.

I firmly believe that everyone, for a specific reason, lives their life - for a specific reason found their way to my page & should be here right now.

My journey began very early:

• State-certified Optician 2007-2010

Precise perception, close observation, and subtle sensing already fascinated me then.

• Apprentice Trainer - 2011

It was always important to me to pass on knowledge and to accompany others on their path.

After my two births, my journey into energetic and spiritual work began:

• Energetics Training 2023–2024

Fundamentals of energy work, energetic techniques, intuitive healing work.

• Reincarnation & Regression Leader 2024

Deepening into soul work, paths of incarnation, karmic themes & soul healing.

• Holistic Healer 2024–2025
Within this training, I was able to delve into various holistic areas.
